Eartha
A circular fashion platform styled as a fashion brand, not an eco one. A fine serif wordmark, muted stone and olive, and art direction that lets the garments carry it.
The Challenge
Circular fashion has a trust problem. The category is crowded with claims, and shoppers have learned to be sceptical of anything that looks like it is trying hard to seem green.
Kraft textures and leaf motifs are the default shorthand, and the fastest possible way to look like everyone else while saying nothing at all.
The Approach
We dropped the eco visual language entirely and treated Eartha as a fashion brand first: a fine serif wordmark, generous letter spacing, and art direction that photographs garments the way a considered label would.
Colour is held to a narrow band of stone, chalk, olive and soft lilac — grown-up and tactile, closer to a boutique than a recycling scheme.
The System
Restraint does the persuading. Unbleached packaging reads as a material decision rather than a cost saving, and because the identity never shouts about sustainability, the platform is free to prove it through what it actually does.
